Mackenzie Heywood, MD, is a pediatrician. She earned a bachelor of science degree in integrative biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she served as chief resident in the Department of Pediatrics.
